While buying something at the nearby store, somebody was glancing at me. I just ignored it because I don't know the guy. He might be one of those people from my past that I couldn't remember anymore.
When I was about to go home, he approached me. He is a cousin of one of my former students. He introduced himself and asked me something.
He asked me, "What are the protection against elementals in the house?" He then told me stories of the house where he is occupying right now. There were incidents before when occupants became sick.

Elementals are spirits living around us. Some people don't believe in these things. But for Filipinos there are many names for such.
The best protection against such beings are "salt". This can be placed in the windows or doors.
But the best thing to do when you sense them in your home is to co exist with them. Contrary to the believe that there are bad and good elementals. These beings are not determined by our standards of morality. They can be good or bad depending on how we relate to them.
I advised the guy to just respect them in the house. When we have good relationship with them they might bestow some good luck for us.
If we will try to get rid of them, more problems might occur like sickness, etc.
